Vodacom do not keep to payment arrangements

My line at Vodacom was cancelled due to me losing my job. I phoned last month to make a payment arrangement of R 750. First the lady at Vodacom told me that the system would not accept this amount as it is too low. I however confirmed that this was the only amount I can afford. She then apparently spoke to her supervisor and the amount was accepted and I paid it accordingly. This month I by accident paid my medical aid amounts to Vodacom and thus paid R 3000 instead of the arranged R 750. When I phoned Vodacom to get this refunded I was told that the payment arrangement on the system is R 1600 and they will not refund me as this amount will be used for the amount paid short for June and July (eventhough July is only payable at the end of the month). It is unacceptable that I go to the length of making a payment arrangement and then this is not updated on Vodacom's side and I am made out a ****. Why should the customer hold their end of the arrangement if Vodacom cannot even do this and go back on an arrangement and then take more money than was arranged. This is utterly unacceptable as Vodacom expect the customer to hold to their word whilst they will not do the same and have no humanity with regard to human error. I am now sitting without a medical aid due to them being so greedy and going back on a binding arrangement.
