Vodacom do not honor promised deal...

Did an upgrade on the 26th November. The agent that assisted me gave a a great deal to avoid losing me, which I accepted... Call a week later to find out why my phones was not delivered to only find out the agent did not load what was promised to me on the system, requested to talk to a manager and call in over 4time till today 05 December no call back.
