Vodacom do not have any idea about Customer care

I have two phones, one for my wife and one for myself. The contracts are due for renewal ans so I contacted Vodacom on 18th Sept regarding the fact that we are unable to use these phones from our home due to the NON EXISTENT SIGNAL. This has been a problem for a considerable time now. My request was that they advise if they could improve the signal so that we could continue to use Vodacom (Authentication Response ***) I was asked to provide the following infomation which I did on 18th. Details as follows "Your cell phone number relating to the problem.*** & *** A detailed description of the problem, including the exact error message/s that were displayed. Quite simply there is no signal so I cannot make or receive call fro either of these two phones Visitors on Vodacm complain of the same thing. My neighbour has had a booster fitted a number of years ago because of the same problem The date and time/duration of the problem/s. Continuously since the start of the contract for both phones The make and model of the cell phone you used when the problem occurred. Samsung A30 and Samsung J7 Duo The address where you experienced the problem (exact street address, closest street corner, suburb and region, GPS co-ordinates.) Is there another number that we can contact you on? S33.87380° E18.56686° If other Vodacom users in the same household have similar experiences, please list their cell phone numbers if available.Already done see above Kindly be advised for booster you will have to go direct to the Vodacom store. That is Bull**** You have a problem So stop passing the buck Start "caring for your Customer"

Your last statement is typical of a company that wants to deflect instead of supplying a service. Please do not make me use social media and Hellopeter to get some results.

Lets for once try to be a little professional."

On 24th Sept I sent a further email asking for a reply and some feedback. As of this morning I am still waiting for some form of communication and I am willing to bet that they will say thay have tried to contact me but my phone was off. For the record my and my wifes phones are never off But our friends all say that they can never contact us. This is due to there being no signal. Can you believe it

What a joke!!! This is the latest response that I got.
" Dear valued customer. We trust you enjoyed the service experience.Your query reference # *** has been closed. We value your continued support"
The truth is that nobody has contacted or been to see me as was indicated. I wonder if the "Network Department" even exists.

Well still no reply or contact. Clearly Vodacom would prefer to not have either of us as a client so tomorrow we have to port our number and go to another service provider

Well Guess what I have ported one of the numbers and now despite being with another service provider I am still being charged by Vodacom. Surly this is *****.
