Vodacom - do humans work there????? Follow up

After writing my review on Hellopeter.com regarding a payment Vodacom says they did not receive, a response was received from Vodacom that "someone" would call me...... I wonder in what year???? Once again a computerized response no doubt. They are PATHETIC as no one has called. No doubt, no one intends to call

Oh here we go again. I am tired of computers responding to problems and no human from Vodacom taking the time to assist with my problem. No one ever phones. No one from Vodacom is remotely interested. What kind of a company is this? Why do we support them??
