Vodacom dissapoints

I upgraded both my numbers with Vodacom online, firstly the cellphone, they send me a sim card which the shop says I have to buy another one, because they cant use the other one, costing me R63. I can use the other one to fit a simcard in to use in the modem, where I was also suppose to purchase another one because they did not include a simcard for the 2nd numbers upgrade. After the simswap which online did not want to help me with I sat a long while before I could use my phone due to the cellphones installations. 2nd - I have to phone how many times and listen to a lot of sales pitches before getting to customer support? I upgraded the 2nd number to a laptop deal, where the consultant told me that a laptop bag is included in all their deals, thus I am still waiting for my bag. I received the laptop Wednesday, followed the steps and selected SA instead of USA now my keyboard types Z instead of Y and cant type @ I cant go into any Desktop apps, which an IT specialists told me it might be that the windows 10 setup was not completed with installation. I phoned Thursday requesting help they told me I have to take it in to any Vodacom shop the technicians will help, Friday taking off at work I went with high hopes. Got there they told me they are not allowed to even touch it, I have to send it to ACER? Really I only got it Wednesday, phoned Thursday and you don't want to help me? I phoned again, where they told me aftersales can't help they are offline, giving them a homeline as the problem with the simswop, still nothing? I can't phone everytime, trying to look for mail addresses, really nothing! I am very very dissatisfied never in my life have I been handled this pathetically and I have been a customer with Vodacom since 2001. Excepting someone to sort everything out for me as a customer. Remember I also work thus the reason for the work number during the week as well.
