VODACOM DISSAPOINTING REALLY DISSAPOINING

Not impressed at all. I have 4 Vodacom contracts and was perfectly happy with the status quo. On Wed 18 April 2018 @ 12:21 I received a call from Vodacom telling me that as a long time loyal customer Vodacom wants to reward me. Say thank you to me. My initial response was no thank you but when the operator Mr Nkululeko Zibaxa said he was going to gift me by reducing my bill by a couple hundred rand but keeping everything as is. Almost R500 to be exact i was prepared to listen. I asked the catch and all it was, was that I would be locked in for another 24 months. So we negotiated as it made no sense in increasing my contract value and perks but not updating my handset. So negotiations began. We settled on a contract and a handset. In the process I upgraded another of my other contacts that was years overdue for an upgrade. That is when the problem started as two weeks later when nothing had been delivered I called in to the upgrades department. They told me the handsets were unavailable. So I asked that Nkululeko call me so we can sort it. Two days later only he called back. Again we looked for suitable handsets and negotiated again. On the 2nd the handsets were delivered and surprise surprise they were not the exact handsets we had negotiated on. Neither were the sym cards that were to be included. We specifally instructed that. I was told on enquiry to go buy new ones at a vodacom shop then send the bill to vodacom for reimbur*****t. REALLY WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS and the ensurance from Nkululeko that they would be delivered with the handsets. That's when the real battle started. I called and called, left message after message for Nkululeko. Eventually on Friday 4 May after 3hrs 07 minutes in total and various calls on this day they actually got hold of him. I explain what the problem is and he said to me that it's the exact handsets that he ordered and he doesn't know why it did not come with the specific feature that we searched for and ordered. He then told me that he will follow up with senior management and promised to call me back. I haggled with him and he PROMISED to call me back at around 10:30 On Monday 7 May. Guess what NO CALL BACK. Eventually after 13:00 hrs I called the upgrade department and after some time was told that he was unavailable......but was promised that he would call me. Yea right which decade.......please Vodacom call me so that we can sort this or should I just have the handsets returned and the contracts cancelled? Not impressed st all. Will not recommend Vodacom to anyone. They just disrupt your life and send you on a run around......Vodacom please call me on ********** 281So we can sort it out as now they have performed sym swops prior to me calling them as usual to perform the sym swop so i am now forced now to use the wrongly sent mobile device as thats the only bevice that has a working sym...,,REALLY! So the last two days I have again in vain tried getting hold of someone to help me.........nothing. They send me an irrelevant email that cant help as I need to discuss the specific problem with them. Please Vodacom do the right thing and call me. Tomorrow its a week that I have been battling to get hold of someone........
