VODACOM disrespects the NCC & Puniches clients with extra data charges

ON 27 October 2016 the NCC (National Consumer Commission) informed me they had received my complaint against Vodacom and had notified Vodacom of such complaint. I have not even received an acknowledgement from Vodacom they have received the complaint from the National Consumer Commission. It is disgusting Vodacom disrespects the National Consumer Commission!!! IN the past two Months Vdoacom has charged me an extra R4000 on my account fir Data charges to try to ****** s much cash from me as possible!! My cell phones are not on the internet, facebook, instagram or any social media. I suppose the next step is to let the National Consumer Commission to rule on the matter because the ************ is getting quite vicious.

After 2 months of posting this complaint on Hellopeter.com and with the National Consumer Commission this matter has still not been resolved. What has happened is Vodacom has charged me R4000 for data usage - I am not on whattsapp, facebook, twitter or any other social media. I took the extraneous data charge up with Vodacom and they have agreed to refund R2400 but I must the rest.

Where does this Vodacom get off with this harmful business practice?

I was watching SABC 3 and there is a program highlighting Twitter messages and there is a tweat with a preson being debited for data by Vodacom for R39000!!!!!

Makes you think doesn't it!!!

In my case I know exactly waht Vodacom is doing. Vodacom is pushing me to withdraw my Nation Consumer Commission (NCC) compalint and is punishing me for lodging the compaint with the NCC. Vodacom is really pushing me to get out of resolving my complaints with them and is willing to pilage customers bank accounts with extraneous charges.
