Vodacom disrespects people living with disability

I am a person living with a hearing disability. In June I had a break-in at my house and my cell phone from which I manage my hearing aid got ******. I went to Vodacom in Cresta, blocked the stoeln phone, bought a new cell phone and got a new sim card. Two days later the consultant at Cresta had my new phone blocked as well. It took more than two weeks to rectify this. As I couldn't get by without the app for me hearing aid I had to take out another contract from another service provider. End of October the same device was blocked again, without me going in the Vodacom at all. I decided to cancel the contract. On 8 November I paid over R8000 cancellation fee, and the contract was cancelled. On 30 November the debit order went off again. I tried phoning customer services, hold for 15 minutes but couldn't get hold of anyone. I reversed the payment through my bank and emailed Vodacom. I received an email back saying I am now in arrears as this was the payment for November. If you cancel your contract and request a cancellation amount, how can they still let a debit order go off after providing an amount payable to end the contract? My dealings with Vodacom since June was shocking, and their is no assistance from Vodacom, even for someone living with a disability.
