Vodacom disregards customers and fails to provide services

Vodacom network is not working in Magogoe village in Mahikeng, North West. I have been reporting it for years… it’s a **** of a company that just disregards their clients. They simply fail to provide services that we pay for. After you report they will call you and promise to attend to it after that nothing ever happens. I have been reporting this for years now … I simply can’t wait to part ways with it…I loved it but now it’s time to try other companies that will give me value for my money.
