Vodacom Dispute

In September 2016 I received a marketing call which I believed was from Vodacom, but only found out later that it was from Mondo Customer Sales.

I was of the opinion that I was upgrading my 2GB to a 5GB contract.

Sadly, I found out that it was a new contract over and above the existing one. After many calls and passed froim one department to another, I got hold of Pavisha at Mondo Customer Sales & Investigations on 12thDecember 2016. She listened to the call and refuted my claim. I could she who she worked for and who's interests she was looking after! I then escalated to her manager Bianca, who aldso listened to the call and confirmed that I did request this as a TopUp and not a new contract.

I then logged a call to sort out my accounts with ref no: 1- ********** 722252, only to be told I have no claim to any refund.

I have not been paying for the 2GB on ********** 8146 and keep getting recoded calls which dont give me the option I need to escalate my complaint.

I run the national Toughlove SA 0861 help line and most of the calls come through to my cell phone or need to be made from it.

Please can someone ensure the old contract is cancelled and a credit is passed to my account before you block my number thus leaving me no choice but to move to another service provider.

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing!

I received a call from Vodacom to say the had resolved my query and that they would credit my account. I'm still getting daily voice mail messages which does not give me the option to voice my concern, telling me my account is in arrears.

This is unacceptable and a break of my contract.
