Vodacom dishonesty

I bought an everydata bundles from vodacom for 30 days. I was supposed to recieve 250 MB a day for 30 days,but i only recieved it for 22 days.they also add R10 on top of the services fee, every time i have to pay for an airtime advance.i called them one time and they apologised.and they have done it again, i requested a call this time but nothing.
