Vodacom dishonest in handling a red package account
My Red range Vodacom account has escalated from one month from approximately R2600 to R3700, and the changes that I made only amount to a maximum of R400. I don't understand this dishonest/********* behaviour and every time I call Vodacom I get promised a refund or an investigation and the query vanishes and not closed or no one gets back to me. I am tired of calling a Call Centre where is no competent agent that can assist.

01 Dec 2020, 18:22Vodacom has come back again and did not provide an HONEST response. If the discount was valid up till August 2020, why has the new contract discount not taken effect? I have a quote for a new contract! I get a different response with each person I deal with. This is extremely dishonest and unbecoming of an organisation to behave in a manner that is totally dishonest.
