Vodacom disgusting unfair Treatment

I urgently need to retrieve my permanently deleted number., I defaulted on a vodacom contract, number was deleted on Saturday 13 March 2021, I was informed by Vodacom legal Department and customer care that I am about to be handed over for debt collection, I was told by a rude representative of Vodacom, a lady that says her name is Anele(Time- around 10H00 pm) that my account has been permanently deleted, as a results I will never use it. When I dial the number, the automated voice says 'the number does not exist’, thus ultimately my career (As on lots of job applications already sent this is the only number used), Academic life, personal life, social life and spiritual is destroyed and repercussions thereafter are going to be permanent as even job opportunities will pass by. The account was settled in full on 15 March 2021 after the advice of another legal consultant called Audrey following customer services referral back to Legal. After the payment has been made I reverted back to Vodacom as per Audrey’s advice however this time I got transferred to Dimpho (Time- around 2H45 pm) who indicated that there is nothing she can help me with as the number has been deleted, the only thing she will do is to update my ICT. Whenever I call customer care, I’m referred back to legal and the staff there leaves so much to be desired. The permanent process of deleting my number permanently that I have used for almost 20 years has been done without informing me, I just woke up on Saturday and I couldn’t make any calls, I thought it was network until I called Vodacom broke the news to me.Whe this decision was given I think Vodacom looked at a commercialized aspects of things without taking into account the impact this has on my entire life. If it happens that I lose an interview or job opportunities as a result of the employer not being able to get hold of me because of a number that has been tagged as not existing, Surely Vodacom must and will account.
