VODACOM DISGUSTING SERVICES

i have a contact with vodacom and they have been billing me everytime for data that i never used, they said they will investigate and get back to me, they did informing that i have to stil pay an amount of R300 and sum odd rand and i askd whats that for they saying that i was on the internet but wen asked for proof they say they dnt have access to see what sites i was on, ********, u billing me for the sites and i wana know what sites, up until today they didnt give me any proof, yesterday they sent me and sms to say they handing me over to debt collectors as i refused to pay as they billing me for data i didnt use and was waiting for proof before paying for stuff i didnt use, they blocked my sim card and i cannot use it so how can they still expect you to pay for something u cannot use... im sooo upset as they handed me over but didnt bother to call me and ask y i didnt pay them instead they handed me over. im disgusted in their services and will not pay a cent for anything i cannot use... awaitng vodacom's reply to this.... will never ever take a contract with you ever again neither advise or refer ppl to ur **** network.
