Vodacom disgusting service

I have been a committed Vodacom fiber client for several years. However today I am disgusted by the blatant lack of service and commitment. Several subscribers in my area including myself have no internet access since Saturday. With no updates. When you call the call center the agents are clueless, how can a private provider be so ***********. They are waiting for the technicians from Saturday and today is Monday evening, apparently the technicians are waiting for the rain to stop. Here's the thing ITS NOT RAINING!!!! At this point Eskom is a better provider than Vodacom. Frustrated and disrespected.
