Vodacom disgusting Business conduct along with Hammond and Pole
Uphauling Business conduct I am absolutely disgusted by Vodacom they are not trust worthy. Their method of conducting business is questionable and dishonest.
They go against their word of resolving a credit refund dispute for Overcharging my account after contract expired and then stab me in the back and Put Hammond and Pole on my case.

On the 4th of August 2022 Vodacom said: “Please be advised that we have escalated your query to our Back Office Team. Based on the feedback provided the team has confirmed they have allocated a credit to clear the arrears amount and have also sent a request to updated your account status. Apologies for any delays and inconvenience this may have caused. “

On the 31 of August 2022 Vodacom said: “Upon investigation, we found that your refund was never processed. I have escalated the issue with the agent. Kindly allow me 48 hours for me to get the proper resolution from the Retentions Department, and I will be in contact with you via email as per your request.”
On the 02 of September 2022 Then I log in to my Vodacom profile: I see a Green Resolved Box Invoice Dispute which means it should be cleared as mails above from Vodacom, they never mailed me on the final clearance as I requested to close the case, they **** again. Then they stab me in the back again and Put Hammond and Pole on my case. Vodacom has acted dishonestly and ***ardly you can’t trust this company.
PRIOR HISTORY TO THIS CASE since 9th July 2021 to 4th March 2022: Keep in Mind my contract Ended: 03-10- 2021 I have been going back and forth for months now.
I have asked Hammond and Pole from the Beginning what evidence do they have for their accusation. My questions: 1: When did my contract end? 2: What exactly did I say in writing to Vodacom about my cancellation?. HAMMOND AND POLE had nothing!!! All they could come up with was incorrect Expiration Dates and a stupid incorrect overcharged Statement… which even more pathetic!!
Vodacom wants a firm to take legal action against people with insufficient and incorrect information, this makes me question Hammond and Poles credibility and Vodacom’s conduct of Business.
Vodacom wants you to phone so they can go against their word like with the phone call of my cancellation of my contract, prior to my written cancellation, they agree to the cancellation in the phone call, after the phone call then you get an SMS that says cancellation not confirmed, again contradicting my written correspondence of my cancellation. what a disgrace!
They deliberately did this so they can try to create confusion to deduct money off my account for another 6 months in contradiction to my written correspondence, its disgusting!!
I finally stopped the debit orders through lots of evidence provided to my bank, look its almost a year later, they would probably still have been taking money without my permission!!!
Then they block my sim so I can’t receive or make calls or even receive and SMS or OTP’s
And I keep telling them in writing ….don’t phone I can only receive e-mails. Clearly they cant even read, as they keep notifying me on customer care mails they tried to call me, so they can dodge their responsibility to resolve, what don’t they understand by the words DONT CALL ME, ONLY E-MAIL ME!!!
In my written correspondence 4 months before my contract expiry date I gave them notice to cancel my contract and in writing I made it absolutely clear that if they deduct money after the contract date ends I will reverse it (as I have heard of this sort of thing happening to people before that Vodacom does) . Vodacom manipulates the cancellation with phone calls which you as a customer can’t prove, they do this with that purpose to continue to take money without your consent and make your life hell and Put Hammond and Pole law firm on your case its despicable!!!.
A contract is only legal between 2 or more parties in sound mind, if those parties fully agree, in this case I (the customer) disagreed to continue my contract in writing and did not consent. The Service Provider(Vodacom) was in breach of that agreement due to manipulation and creating delays disputes etc. by trying to continue without agreement after the expiration date of my contract, it is absolutely disgusting how Vodacom conducts business.
In all my years of business over a phone call, to continue an order or contract I tell a client I need this conformation in writing to cover both parties to avoid future disputes, but not Vodacom, no they do it the opposite, they don’t care about written correspondence they want to bamboozle you into a phone call which they can turn around say whatever they want because you can't prove that phone call conversation as a loop hole, its wrong and disgusting!
What's more disgusting is that I paid Vodacom for over 20 years without fault or arrears, now they want to defame my character and credibility through *********** law firms it makes me sick to the core!!!
Im waiting for Vodacom to fulfill it's promise on my clearance status as below:
