Vodacom Disgusting
In the past 4 weeks the service provider has gone from good to extremely unprofessional. It is also impossible to get hold of someone senior or to communicate via email with anybody. The call centre staff can do only so much. I received a email from an Vodcom employee addressing my concern and stating I would receive a credit, both on my account to a specific mentioned value, and also in the form of 20Gig data. I was sent the Data within minutes of receiving the email, yet to date nothing more was mentioned of the credit amount to my account. Today i was get a call from the person who sent the email. Initially she had no knowledge of the credit amount. Then she had the audacity to imply that I was lying and she would never send the mail. Then she stated it was a standard template they use and that the credit was a mistake! So, the credit was promised, a portion delivered yet the major part promised in an email is now all of a sudden a mistake?? This after almost a month of continues request to address certain issues, now the promised credit was a mistake!!! this is some of the worst service from Vodacom and the fact that the employee insinuated that I was mistaken and lying, hell that just blew my lid!!!
It is shocking that this person continues to disregard the requests and her commitments with a customer. This customer being me.
Vodacom is a company that would seem to have no integrity or value system in place, such as the manner of this employee. Seems that if you say something or commit to something at Vodacom as and employee, you have no obligation to insure it happens!
Once again, I am urging Vodacom Management to contact me via email as requested to resolve this issue and not the employee, as she has already proven that she is unwilling to keep to her word.
