Vodacom discrimintates
There is no place on the Vodacom's website where I dont need to make a phone call. My phone broke while testing sim cards. How do I get someone from Vodacom to speak to me about Vodacoms "One number service"?

23 Jan 2026, 03:49Apart from still waiting to be contacted as my phone is broken while testing my vodacom sim cards ( Not vodacom fault), yesterday I went to village mall vodacom. I was blown away at how poor their knowledge is of the products or they are just ****** as they dont want to assist a white person. Its not often that staff have power to talk down to customers, interrupt them mid sentence and act like a petulant child. Why is it that Village mall staff act like mini gods? I should not have expected better service from a shop where the owner is nowhere to be seen, staff are too interested in taking breaks, getting their food.....This branch needs the chop.
