VODACOM DISCRIMINATING AGAINST CUSTOMERS ON DEBT REVIEW

I am trying to upgrade a contract I have had for more than a decade. I am currently under debt review (since 2017), and now Vodacom is declining my request to upgrade. I have upgraded this contract and my 4 other contract's before while I was under debt review, so I do not know what the issue is now. I have never missed a payment. When you call the call centre all they can tell me is that I am due for an upgrade. My cellphone contract's are not part of the debt review contract as you put it in as your monthly expenses. As I explained I have never missed a debit order and Vodacom is discriminating against people that are under debt review. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. If I am not able to upgrade, what is the use of having a contract then? Vodacom will be losing a loyal customer as I will be forced to cancel each contract as soon as it is due to expire, resulting in a monthly loss for Vodacom of just under R2000 per month .
