Vodacom disaster

On about the 20th of Feb I ordered an upgrade from Vodacom LTE to Vodacom Fibre. I phoned Vodacom but it appears now I was sent BY Vodacom to a dealer. On the 22nd of Feb I received the order number from Vodacom for an fibre line. The number is SO190 ********** 39. On the 28th of Feb my LTE was switched of without even phoning me if the fibre line was working/installed. Anyway I can live with that stupidity from Vodacom. Monday the 04th of Feb Openserve arrived at my premises after contacting me in advance and wanted to make a connection from the pole to my house/office, however there was a bee-nest. Understandably it was to dangerous and unpleasant to work above a nest with bees so the project was postponed and I had the bee-nest removed at night. The next day I phone Openserve and they told me that I had to contact Vodacom the order was cancelled. And this is where my nightmare started. Tuesday I was on the phone with Vodacom for close to 1 hour. A lady promised to phone me back it is now Friday evening still no call from Vodacom and still no fibre. Wednesday afternoon I phoned Vodacom again and was again sent from pillar to post with an other promise that a chap would phone me back. Today Friday I was again on the phone with Vodacom for 45 minutes and the problem is still not solved. Somehow I have the impression that the people from Vodacom are losing the control over the company and that starts with the top. A problem like that ALWAYS starts at the top.

Can somebody from Vodacom pls contact me and explain what to do??
