Vodacom disappoints over and over again
Since upgrading in DECEMBER 2022,AND having posted on this platform since,AND being MISLED by operator after operator about the deal I am paying for that I cannot use,Im posting another NEGATIVE review about the service delivery from Vodacom. Having spoken to Vernon,Lameese,Linda,Moegamed and MANY MORE agents,MY PACKAGE HAS STILL NOT YET BEEN SORTED OUT!!!! Im therefore going to post AGAIN about your service delivery until SOMEONE PROPER OR SENIOR in Vodacom calls me to sort out THEIR MISTAKE THAT I AM PAYING FOR!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GET PEOPLE WHO ARE BEING PAID FOR CALLING ME TO HARASS ME ABOUT THEIR MISTAKES WHICH ARE ALL ON RECORD AT VODACOM. I am so irritated with Vodacom and their no service delivery...THAT I NEED TO PAY FOR!!!!!!

04 May 2023, 14:10...and just as expected...LENNON from Vodacom just called...with NO CLUE as to what my issue with Vodacom is...when HE WAS IN FACT THE FIRST PERSON WE MADE CONTACT WITH IN JANUARY REGARDING THE PROBLEM...He then went on to say IM MAKING A NOISE ON HELLOPETER.COM AND THEY KEEP SENDING HIM EMAILS!!!!!!!!! Vodacom you are a complete let down when it comes to service. ALL the agents were have called after and spoke to,have proved this with no effort. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN to add to frustrations having to fork pur money that is MINE for such service. Please stop sending Lennon my complaints and i WILL KEEP MAKING A NOISE because I have the right to do so. Now you all have yourselves a good day further.
