Vodacom Disappoints AGAIN!
I purchased a new phone yesterday, and found out my current SIM card will not fit in the phone.
I walk into the Vodacom store today to get a sim swap, I took time off from work.
Already being chargerd earlier this year for a micro SIM and explaining to the store consultant I was told that from a micro SIM I will need a nano SIM and will be charged again, slightly annoyed but although very politely I answered all the questions asked to me, I even handed over my license so the process could get going, after everything was give and waiting in the shop for 5 minutes, I asked the store consultant if it was ok if he continued while I run to the atm quickly, I was told this was fine but although my license will be kept until I returned.
After I returned 10minutes later I am told that the systems are now offline and I can't be helped.
Apart from my annoyance and frustration of having to take time off work, having told to pay again, wasting my time and bothered that I cannot receive any calls the consultant in a clear sarcastic tone tells me \systems only go down once a year and today is that one time
