Vodacom disappointment

Vodacoms service is pathetic, this is not the first time encountering issues with them. Will never recommend taking a contract out with vodacom. Had a contract with vodacom for R549 p/m my contract got migrated without my consent to R1000 p/m, found out that I had an outstanding balance of R5800 which I had to pay upfront in order to clear my name. This happened in 2020 and up until now no one from vodacom can tell me who gave consent for my contract to be migrated.

I received a statement from vodacom saying my balance is R0. When I tried to install fibre to the home I was told that my vodacom account is in arrears and the amount is R5944, upon quering this yet again, I was told that the statement for that amount was for "equipment" and its for the past 90 days. I do not know what equipment this statement is referring to and I know for sure that no one from vodacom will be able to give me a break down stating what the arrears amount is for. They are so unprofessional I have been handed over to lawyers without even getting a single statement or even letter that's said I was in any arrears I only found out once I wanted to install fibre.

Now I have a bad credit record due to this..

How do I pay for something again when I don't know what is it for.

I have suspected *****.

I'm a very angry and frustrated customer as this is happening again to me with no assistance from vodacom.
