Vodacom disappointment

I will never recommend or use this company again. I've been struggling for three weeks now to get hold of Vodacom to cancel my contract that ends this month. I've been given contact details for emails and telephones, which don't work and I get no response from. This is utterly disappointing. I live in Australia, so I can't even visit a branch. I can only be reached by e-mail. So frustrating. To conclude I still don't have my contract cancelled or have been contacted to be helped with this.
