Vodacom disappointment

2 weeks ago i did an online application for an Iphone 6 for R229 per month, i received a call 2 days later from a consultant and we continued to do credit vetting which was approved, he informed that the device was not available and that he will let me know once its available and before delivery, i have since been waiting. i complained to customer service and they connected me with sales and, directly with the consultant i did the application with and, he informed that the was a problem with application and that we had to re do it again (credit vetting), which we did. he told that he didnt have a decision as yet and, will inform before 5pm or the next day (both of which have elapsed). im very disappoint in vodacom staff as i was really looking to get this device asap and now, im even thinking of leaving the whole all together. i dont know if they start with applications and then, leave them halfway and register them as sales or what.
