Vodacom disappointing service

I hope I dont share this issue with many other clients as I held Vodacom in a good light until this year.

I had to cancel and upgrade order due to lack of suitable ID on my side. (not Vodacom's fault)

where my issues come in is to have this upgrade actually cancelled and not billed incorrectly for something i do not have! I have been fighting for 3 weeks with *** responses to say due to the parcel being by the carrier service they cannot un-upgrade the line or assist me until this has been booked in back by vodacom.

This discussion i have had with 5 vodacom employees and multiple ram carrier employees as vodacom keeps sending the parcel out even though i have told both companies i no longer want or can receive this parcel and yet according to Vodacom's employees "they have made a note on their system it wont happen again" and yet i for the 5th time need to reject the parcel from the carrier delaying the cancellation of this contract and yet vodacom has the audacity to send me an invoice for this "newly acquired package".

i expect better service as a client of well over 8 years but the only time this seems to be the case is when we can work with an automated system and not have to deal with an actual person that works for the company.

very dissatisfied with how Vodacom has handled this and hope to hear from them soon with a better resolution that actually resolves the issue.

my advise to vodacom is to relook your processes in scenarios like this as you will just loose good clients. as you have lost me as a client.
