I am extremely disappointed with Vodacom and your poor service. Please refer to my mail below and kindly respond.

Good day Cancellations

Please find my copy of my mail below requesting cancellation of my Vodacom Contract. I am also attaching my bank statement showing you that Vodacom has *******ly being debiting my account. Please refund all the amounts taken off *******ly. The latest amount deducted was R3562.88 on the 7 th August and R1007.76 from April this year.

I would please like to cancel all my Vodacom Accounts with you, as I am living abroad. My account number is: ***2-7
