Vodacom Disappearing Airtime

Vodacom airtime disappears without being used, there is no way of getting assistance because Vodacom now uses a bot system to attend to queries. They conveniently do not address the issue of disappearing airtime on their automated system. This is not the first incidence where I've noticed sums of airtime disappearing. Their entire system is rigged, the Vodacom app is down all the time. Vodacom has become a disappointment.
