Vodacom Disables my Roaming halfway through my Trip

<p>I really regret moving to Vodacom from my previous provider. You wait much longer when calling the call center to get service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then when my phone got ******, I phoned three times to get it blacklisted, had to hang on the phone for at least 30 minutes each time just to be informed that the system is so slow right now and it cannot be done. So I gave up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I tried to do TWO THINGS at once, namely enable inernational calling and then to disable my voicemail. I did the first on the web. It said it was done, but still displayed as not active. I phoned to do the second. Was informed I could not do anything until the first one would be done DAYS from now. What????</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I've been overseas for two weeks and my roaming has been disabled suddenly. WHAT???? I go on tot he website, click ACTIVATE, it says it ws successful, but refreshing AGAIN displays that no it is not active, and the phone also still cannot register on the network.</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been absolutely terrible. I'm now without a phone. I cant receive sms's to verify credit card purchases. I can't phone vodacom, and there is no other way advertised on their web site to get hold of them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I MEAN REALLY. This has been hell on earth.
