Vodacom dirty tactics...

I have been with Vodacom for 20 years and have decided to finally go with a service provider that gives value for money. So I paid a cancellation fee to cancel my Vodacom contract and convert my number too prepaid and then port the number to the new service provider.

Vodacom is playing dirty, giving the new provider and me the run around. The port has not happened after three weeks. Vodacom is refusing to assist and the list of reasons differ …. They say the contract is in arrears. then say it is a prepaid number. then say no request was received. today I was told I must wait 72 hours for someone to assist me …

They take my money and then refuse to assist in any shape or form

If this is not sorted I will apply to the regulator to get a refund of my cancellation fee and have a fine imposed on Vodacom for using its size to prevent my from exercising my right to move my number .
