Vodacom Directors asleep at the wheel part 2

Vodacom Directors asleep at the wheel part 2 On the 16th November 2020 I did a post.

Imidiatly afterwards I received a reply from Vodacom acknowledgment of the post and that the value the feedback, automated response.

Then I received later another response that the query has been sent to retentions department to be investigated and some one will contact me soon.

It is now the 19th and have no response. While starting this post I decided to contact Cancilations department again just to give them another chance to resolve the issue and show that they at least trying to attend to the matter at hand.

Call Centre agent Kubashnee answered. I requested her to get hold of Simion Chetty as he was dealing with the case at hand. I was given the same old story I'll so a service request to get a manager to call back. After I refused to except that the Agent Kubashnee then did the service request while I was on the line and waited for a response. The response was Simion will contact me.

Thank you Kubashnee for your service

Good news

Simion did call me back and apologised for not getting in contact as he was away from work for the last 2 weeks.

He assured me that he has sent the case up to head office for investigation and is concerned as to why no one has contacted me.

So in this communications company, they have no communiction amoungs them selves or customers.

I feel I should not be sending this, but I'm going to anyway even though I am finaly glad that i have finaly had some contact, and progress seems to be advancing.

Been there before!

So I guess either the next post will either be a positive one or it will reviel if I was just pasified.

Tomorow I am expecting a call back from Simion Chetty to let me know what he has managed to find out, if anything.

Here is hoping.

Let's see what happens by Monday. Maybe just Maybe I can write a positive review for Vodacom.
