VODACOM DIRECT ONLINE AND RAM.

I would like complain about vodacom direct and Ram.. I have order Iphone 12 pro as an unpgrade, Ram came to deliver however they did not call me as thw addresa they came to is the same as the one they went to. I kept calling Ram to deliver my phone and they have refused and adviced me Vodacom has advised them to return the order. Now they holding on to my order and not cancelling for its been 4 days waiting for warehouse to cancel my order. Its an inconvenience now because i dont have a phone and been waiting for me to upgrade. VODACOM Direct has poor service as well as RAM. I would advise people to order their phones from the shops instead of online or over the phone. They create a huge amount of inconvenience. Im not happy at all.
