Vodacom Direct - *********** staff
I am an existing customer wanting to take an additional contract via Vodacom Direct. I have called 4 times today to proceed with the deal. The first consultant promised to call me back but obviously failed. All other attempts were cutting my call once I got through to the consultant.
If you don't my business then I will take it elsewhere. Really disappointing service and empty promises from your staff.
