Vodacom Direct

Unfortunately I have no other choice but to bring this issue to this platform. I am not getting any joy by contacting this company. Hopefully this will resolve my issue. I was offered 2 products from Vodacom direct almost 2 years ago, the one product was delivered, never opened, asked to have it picked up because I no longer was interrested in using this product. Never picked up by Company. Never opened never activated, never used. Second product I never even received. Never activated never used. I have paid for both contracts for almost 2 years without using it. I have sent several mails , also asked 3 branches to asssist and they also sent emails on my behalf. With no response or resolution. So far I have paid more than R5500 for nothing. COuld anyone please resolve this issue and pay back money owed to me and prevent future payments!!
