Vodacom dilemma

Ordered a device online was due for an upgrade, the site doesn't state that the phone doesn't come with power brick or earphones. I tried to reach out on their contract department got a rude response. Went on their Twitter page it was the same. I quote from the last dm I received. Some device Manufacturers decide what the device package will include, for instance the charge comes as it from Apple it is not a Vodacom decision. If you have further inquires please contact the After Sales team. After they even asked me what their contract department said. Why would one pay so much money n never get the power brick or headset. I fail to understand why wouldn't it hv such. I wouldn't mind if it was written on the website where I bought the phone.
