Vodacom; difficulties buying airtime via the Vodacom website
Trying to buy airtime via the Vodacom website is a problem, more often than not the web transactions are unavailable with the error message "Unfortunately we are having technical issues on this page and are working to resolve these as soon as possible. Please try again later."

15 May 2020, 10:40I had a call from Dean yesterday evening asking me to try again this morning and send him the error code if the same problem happened again, which I have done. The problem seems to be a web browser issue - Win10+IE doesn't work, Win10+Firefox does work. I am pleased that someone from Vodacom responded to the problem report and did so in a prompt manner so I'm upgrading my star rating to four (4) stars.
