Vodacom Didn't Clear My name!

A few years ago my mom got retrenched and was unable to pay her contract, we made an arrangement to pay it of in smaller installments. We failed to pay that money for a few months but then paid of the contract before its end date when she got a new job. My moms name has not been cleared by vodacom, when she tries to buy a new car they tell her about vodacom. We've tried calling their legal department and we are getting no help, Vodacom gives contracts to people a refuses to understand that life happens. This was 4 years ago, till today my mom cant buy her dream car because of vodacom. It's not that she cant afford her dream car, she can. But vodacom is making it impossible for her to get the car.
