Vodacom didn't give the data they promised

I signed a contract to receive 200mb data and 200mb promotional data. For the past 6 months or so i haven't been receiving my promotional data. I wrote a report recently, a Vodacom rep called me and promised to compensate me with the data. Its almost a week and I received nothing yet.
