Vodacom did not deliver as promised.

Called by vodacom around July 2019 for a contract renewal. I was reluctant to sign though I proceeded. Was promised a laptop, router and R2000 hp voucher. Only received the laptop and router. The R2000 voucher was never delivered made numerous calls to get the voucher still nothing to date. What is one to do now, maybe I should just cancel the entire contract, it's no use. Been with Vodacom for over 10 years and this is the service I get, i did not even make the call for a renewal in was called.
