Vodacom, Device upgrade, price plan

Although I love Vodacom, excellent deals and all but what I don't understand is how it is possible for a contract phone can be shipped off to some random person in Soweto when client information displays exactly where I live.

Thanks to Vodacom, my facebook got logged into, my private and most personal details have been hacked and since May, you have not come back about the complaint that was lodged and submitted. Affidavits and follow ups were made and phone numbers were frozen but still the phone is missing and no replacement of phone or money has been made, are you people serious? Your own system tells you some ass has my things and YOU HAVE DONE ***** TO FIX IT!!!
