Vodacom Device Insurance

Vodacom Device Insurance (***0) - What shocking service! I have cancelled my cell phone contract with Vodacom who gave me exceptionally excellent service and I congratulate them. HOWEVER, I then rang Vodacom Device Insurance where NO service is given. I made a number of calls and either the phone is picked up and all you hear is a number of voices all talking at the same time despite repeatably saying hello. Other calls are simply cut off. Be aware should you take out this insurance as almost impossible to cancel. Maybe a stop must be placed on their monthly account so payment is not made to get some attention from this department.
