Vodacom device insurance
I was offered device insurance policy on a Samsung J7 Prime valued at +-R4500 using a contract vodacom Sim. Was hijacked and ****** of all my belongings. Registered a claim. On the 4th day, I enquired of the progress and was shocked the claim was approved for the value of R1500.00 with an access fee of 15%. I did not take the offer
Tried discussing the claim with the insurance company that I was under insured as the error was made by the consultant, but no compromise could be made. Lodged complain with Vodacom and the matter is not yet attended to. This is the ref number, please assist.
