VODACOM DEVICE BACKORDER
Pathetic service. My online order for an ipad pro 13inch 512GB was finalized on the 17th of November 2025. I phoned them Monday the 24th of November and they told me they had no stock its on backorder, but they will be receiving stock on Friday the 28th of November 2025. I again phoned today the 2nd day of December and they told me still no stock they are expecting stock by this Friday. They informed me I may only receive my device the week after that. Throughout I didnt receive one single call, sms or email from vodacom indicating that it was on backorder.
I find this simply unacceptable.
