Vodacom destroying my credit record

I cancelled my cellphone contract which expired in December 2017. In February this year I received a call from Vodacom to say there's an outstanding amount that I owe to Vodacom and that the matter has already been taken to Bernard Raaff & Associates. I went to a Vodacom outlet and confirmed that I don't owe anything and I was given a letter to confirm this. I forwarded this letter to Bernard Raaff & Associates but today I received a threatening SMS's from Bernard Raaff & Associates and it reads as follows: "Legal action will be taken on REF ****** due to no payment. Burnard Raaff sheriff will serve company with EAO for salary deductions in due course. TEL ********** .

1. This just proves the incompetency of Bernard Raaff & Associates and their poor investigation on this matter because evidently I do not owe a cent to Vodacom.

2. Bernard Raaff & Associates requested a cancellation letter from Vodacom. I timeously obtained the letter and forwaded it to Bernard Raaff & Associates but yet I am still receiving their threating and disgusting messages.

3. Vodacom has unfairly destroyed my credit score and as a vodacom user for over 20 years, I am uttely dissapointed and regret choosing them.

4. I have been running around trying to solve this issue and vodacom didnt care to intervene although they are the ones at fault.

I am requesting Vodacom to kindly speak to Bernard Raaff & Associates to get off my back immediately.
