VODACOM DESTROY CUSTOMERS FUTURE
I have paid up my contract on 23 September 2016 and cancelled my contract with Vodacom. In December 2017 Vodacom deducted and amount R2156.37 from my bank account. They then listed me as a non payer / bad payer on ITC. Since December 2017 I have been in contact with them telephonically, in writing, visited Vodashops and Vodaworld Midrand. With each and every call made the call centre agent advised me that they can see the problem and it is Vodacom's fault something is wrong on their side. I spoke to numerous Senior Team Supervisors in all different departments and all promised to get back to me. Each and every time they advised it takes +/- 12 days to get back to me. If I have contacted Vodacom during this 10 months with over 100 phone calls. The sad thing is that I received a phone call from a lady that said she would like to assist me as my number is constantly registering on their system and asked if she can help me. After explaining my frustration again that takes about 15 minutes to explain to explain each agent. I am now in position that I am on the virtue of loosing my house due to the INCOMPETENCE, IGNORANCE AND INABILITY TO ASSIST A CUSTOMER IN DESPERATE FRUSTRATION - THE SLOGAN "POWER TO YOU" IS DEFINITELY IS CLEARLY A REFLECTION OF "THE POWER TO BREAK YOU"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
