VODACOM DESPISES NEW CLIENTS

I have never experienced such terrible customer service NOT ONCE BUT MORE THAN TWICE WITH 2 OF MY FIBER ORDERS. This is the worst service and after trying multiple times to buy Vodacom's fiber contract and getting the same service where I was made to feel like an absolute fool by their entire Fiber contact center including team leaders, I am convinced that VODACOM NO LONGER needs more customers or our business, to them we are a bunch of desperate fools that they can play with and turn into their internal office joke.

This I say because after approving ones order, you as the customer will have to call like crazy while being assisted by nonchalant agents who make it clear that they can not wait to return to the office chat storm when a customer can hear in the background people laughing and chatting up a storm.

If you want peace while awaiting fiber installation and to actually get your fiber, STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM.
