vodacom denting my credit record.

<p>I had a contract with vodacom for more that 3 years until one day i was charged R2263 worth of data that they say it was used within 15 minutes, how the hell is that even possible, i called them to look it to it, and vodacom promised to investigate it, I still payed my account until I decide to stop as I was not getting any updates regarding their investigations, so they handed over my account to some DBN company and the lady by Tracy is handling my account which she is not updating my record with transunion, so I decided to pay my account that includes the amount that i was charged for data that i don't even know how was it charged, however from April or even before that i started paying and my record that im paying this account is not recorded anywhere which dent my credit record no letter is been send to vodacom monthly or to transunion, this is madness coz now it appears as if i didn't stick to my arrangement.</p>
