Vodacom demanding the ridiculous after blacklisting phone in error

AFter publishing on hellopeter 15 minutes ago that Vodacom call centre staff blacklisted the wrong phone, one that was not ****** even though I read out the ****** IMEI number to the agent, I get a message that the phone is now unblacklisted, 48 hours later, but IT MUST NOT BE USED FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

Are they mad? Its my daughters phone, she is working in Pretoria and is only contactable by phone. Her phone is very much on, OBVIOUSLY she is referring back to it all the time to see if its be unblacklisted...but somehow she is meant to know that she mustnt switch the phone on to see this message from me or perhaps from Vodacom.

If there are ramifications pertaining to this believe me I will turn to the Consumer Council and invoke my rights as a consumer. What a ridiculous statement, no upfront warning, an after the fact warning that it mustnt be turned on.

The phone is on! Believe me. And if they can forward me the email they didnt send with a screenshot of it in sent folder wherein they asked for this to be turned off before they unblacklisted to prove this.
