Vodacom delivers more *****, theft and bad service than they do network coverage.

Vodacom has seen fit to suspend our cellphone reception due to internal wrongdoing.

We had a debit order of R14 000 go off for 3 phones (this account is usually R3000) and upon querying this at Vodacom Cresta we were informed that an ******* sim swap was done INTERNALLY by the acquisitions department on one of the numbers (a spare phone). In total this vodacom employee racked up a bill of approx. R30 000.

We reversed the debit order, canceled future debit orders and paid for the contracts not mismanaged in store. We have been doing this for the past few months, after two months of receiving absolutely no feedback regarding the internal ***** Vodacom cut the service to the other two phones (which we had been paying for in store.)

When we contacted Vodacom they instructed us to pay the R30 000 incurred *****uently, we naturally refused. We have called and emailed numerous times and have still not received any feedback regarding the ***** investigation.

I have since taken to tweeting my complaints daily and going through Vodacom's mentions and it is shocking what I have found. Some people have had issues go unresolved for as long as 6 months, others have had debit orders go off even though they don't have contracts with Vodacom, data theft is also still very prevelant. It is SCARY.

Vodacom as a multi-national organisation really abuses it's power. I have seen tweets of loyal customers choosing to leave Vodacom after 13,18,20 years due to the pure frustration that comes with dealing with customer service/***** department.

I never imagined the deep abyss of Vodacom hell I would fall in to when I was initially trying to have our own problem resolved but Vodacom has to be held accountable for the absolute disregard it has for it's customer base. We are at the end of the day the people they've committed to serve, instead they have us vying for attention and very basic service delivery.

You should really be ashamed of yourself Vodacom!!!
