Vodacom delivers laptop without a charger

A few weeks ago I received a call from the sales agent at Vodacom offering me a contract with the network. The terms of the contract were that for a fixed monthly fee I would receive a laptop and router.

Yesterday I received delivery but the package was not complete and missing the charger for the laptop. I immediately contacted Elite Mobile to inform them of the incomplete delivery and they were unhelpful citing issues in their team and asking for patience.

I am not satisfied with this response as it still does not address the problem, while exercising patience I will still be liable for payment for a device I am unable to use because it has no charger. Delivering a charger should not be an issue since they successfully managed to deliver yesterday.

Kindly deal with this matter with the urgency it requires.
